Everston is approximately a 14-minute walk from the University of Toronto Scarborough via the nearby valley route. For an even faster commute, the resident shuttle included in the rent connects Everston to UTSC in approximately five minutes. The shuttle also provides access to GO Transit, while Centennial College’s Morningside campus is nearby.

Everston offers studios and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, with selected one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts also featuring a den. Whether you prefer your own apartment or want to apply for a larger home with friends, there are options to suit different needs. Your uhomes consultant will confirm current layouts, rents and move-in dates available.

Everston apartments are rented as whole units rather than by individual bedroom. Students who want to share a two-, three- or four-bedroom apartment should form their group and apply for the full apartment together. Tenancies are joint and several, so all applicants are responsible under the lease.

Everston currently offers a 12-month lease without a rental promotion or a 14-month lease with two months of free rent. When you are ready to apply, provide your uhomes consultant with your name, preferred apartment and intended move-in date. Your consultant will verify live availability, current rent and the available start date, then guide you through COGIR’s online application. A last-month’s-rent deposit is required with the application and is applied to the final month of the tenancy.
