[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts from 12 months. 

[Cost Details]
Affordable housing with residential water and electricity rates.
Water charges: Cold water at 4.5 RMB/ton, hot water at 40 RMB/ton.
Electricity charges: 0.65 RMB/kWh.
Parking space reservation: 600 RMB/month.
Foreign residents are allowed, with a deposit of one month’s rent and monthly payment.
Deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract period unless there is a breach of contract, in which case the deposit will not be refunded. The reservation deposit is non-refundable in case of breach.
If a room change is required due to reasons attributable to the apartment, such as poor air conditioning or water leaks, no fees will be charged. However, if the tenant requests to change floors or room types, a cleaning fee of 500 RMB is required.  
A one-time cleaning fee of 100 RMB is required for all room check-outs, unless the tenant cleans the room to a satisfactory standard, in which case the fee may be waived.
