Oku is a quiet residential area in Kita Ward, Tokyo, where the warmth of the old downtown area still lingers.
This area was once a farming village, with a canal called "Hachimanbori" irrigating the fields. Even today, if you walk around the town, you can see vestiges of this past, with gently winding paths dotted around.

We have prepared five spaces where you can spend your time however you like, including a large table that runs through the center of the common area like a river, a work desk for when you want to concentrate, and a cafe area where you can relax and enjoy your own time. The building is surrounded by lush greenery, and you can enjoy seasonal flowers.
