Weave Place – Ikebukuro, โตเกียว

Weave Place – Ikebukuro is a tranquil residence with 14 units. Located in a quiet residential area right next to Rikkyo University, it offers a peaceful and secure lifestyle despite being in the heart of the city. Ikebukuro Station is within walking distance, making it convenient for commuting, school, and accessing various parts of Tokyo. It's the perfect home for those who want to enjoy the convenience of city life while relaxing at home.

You are welcome to invite family and friends to your apartment. Please ensure they are accompanied by you in common areas and abide by our accommodation rules. The resident hosting visitors is responsible for any misconduct by their guests during their stay, including any disciplinary action or fine deemed appropriate by Weave Management.

Studios: Visitors staying for more than 8 hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM the following morning are considered overnight guests. One overnight guest is allowed per studio per day, with a maximum of 10 free nights per month. Overnight guests exceeding 10 nights will be charged HKD 250 per person per night.

Residences & Suites: There are no special restrictions on overnight guests in Residences and Suites; however, residents must register in person at the security office.
