Fee Structure (Malaysian Tenants)
1. The currently displayed rates apply to local Malaysian tenants; a monthly rental subsidy of RM120 has already been applied, resulting in a direct deduction of RM120/month.
2. One-time fees include an administrative fee (RM399), a smart move-in fee (RM130), and an access card deposit (RM150, refundable).
3. Security deposit: 1 month's rent (refundable).
4. FlexiStay lease adjustment fees: No adjustment for 12 months; +RM50/month for 9–11 months; +RM150/month for 6–8 months; +RM200/month for 1–5 months.

Fee Structure (International Tenants)
1. Non-Malaysian tenants are subject to an additional monthly tenant service fee of RM120.
2. One-time fees include an administrative fee (RM399), a smart move-in fee (RM130), and an access card deposit (RM150, refundable).
3. Security deposit: 2 months' rent (refundable).
4. FlexiStay lease adjustment fees: No adjustment for 12 months; +RM50/month for 9–11 months; +RM150/month for 6–8 months; +RM200/month for 1–5 months.
