Shunde Place is currently the only student accommodation in Coventry city centre that has a mix of multi-functional themed rooms and is one of the most popular student accommodations in the Coventry area in the UK. Shunde Place offers both Ensuite and Studio flats with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in good light. Shunde Place is just one street from Coventry's largest gym, JD Gym, and several bus stops are directly underneath the building, making it a very convenient place to live and enjoy life, leisure and entertainment.

Features

Shunde Place has four types of flats: Studio, Standard Studio, Duplex En-Suite Flat, Standard En-Suite, and En-Suite, which has multiple communal kitchens. The En-Suite has multiple communal kitchens and its own 3, 4, 5 and 6-bedroom flats, each with its access card, which means that this little piece of paradise is all its own.

The Shunde Place flats are turnkey, furnished, and have free high-speed Wi-Fi for study and recreation. The single en-suite bedrooms have comfortable beds, large wardrobes, study areas, and fully equipped kitchens. When studying gets tiring you can relax in the standard room or go to the gym to exercise. A vending machine in the lobby is available for lunch, snacks, and drinks. The Shunde Place flat also has a 24-hour laundry area, making it easy for the little ones to do their laundry whenever they want.

Security & Services

Shunde Place Apartments has its maintenance team, so if there is a problem with any of the facilities in any of the rooms after you move in, you can request a repair online. The flats will contact you for repair within the first hour. A 24-hour emergency contact platform is available to maintain the students' daily life in the apartments at all times.
