• Neo, Smart and Elegance apartments provide more independence, with a private en-suite bathroom and fitted kitchen. Neo is a compact option for everyday student living, while Smart offers more space for studying and relaxing. Elegance adds a larger living area, television and two-seater sofa.
• Students looking for a more spacious home can consider the Elegance Duplex, Grande, Grande Duplex or Penthouse. The duplex apartments divide the sleeping and living areas across two levels, while Grande apartments include additional study, dining and entertaining space.
