Doubles can book studio and one-bedroom rooms, and a double occupancy fee of 1,000-1,500 pounds is required on the basis of the single room rate.

Once your booking is complete, your booking deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances unless you find a legal tenant. Once you sign your lease, you are responsible for paying the full rent of the room until the next legal tenant moves in. If you are unable to stay in the city where you booked the room because of the refusal of the UK visa or the inability to obtain the offer letter from the university, your booking fee will not be refunded, but you can cancel your contract without being responsible for the contract.
