Located at Bassett Green Road, Southampton SO16 3QB, the apartment is near the University of Southampton and Southampton Solent University. Green Wood Court Southampton is located in the centre of town, close to the suburbs, with several parks and beautiful surroundings, Hardmoor Sports Ground and Southampton University Sports Ground with bowling, rugby, football clubs, and archery, where you can meet more foreign friends. The flat is next to Co-op Food, an 8-minute walk to Burgess Road, where you can find Burger King, McDonald's, Uni Kebab, Melo Persian Restaurant, Tesco, Sainsbury's Local, and a variety of restaurants.

Transport

Green Wood Court is located at Bassett Green Road and is close to Poppy Road bus station, where the city centre is half an hour away by U1C and U2C buses, and Swaythling train station is a 10-minute bus ride away. The University of Southampton is a 17-minute walk, Southampton Solent University is a 22-minute ride, and the University of Southampton Avenue Campus is a 22-minute bus ride. Students can reduce commuting and travelling hassles.

Green Wood Court is secured with a security door system. The safety of our students is our top priority, which is why we use a card and intercom security door entry system to restrict access to the flats for the safety of our students, and of course, we have an on-site management team and CCTV system to deal with any problems students may encounter.

How to pay rent?

Please enter the Student Portal interface of your apartment, click Review/Pay Statement to enter the payment interface, then tick the items that need to be paid, and click pay to enter the payment interface. The apartment supports online credit card payment (credit card is supported) or bank transfer 1. For online credit card payment, please ensure that the payment card type is one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Carefully fill in the cardholder information, and please ensure that the payment card has sufficient credit, and the bank is opened and supports payment behavior. Please note that payment cards do not need to be present in person. 2. For bank remittance, please contact the apartment to obtain the transfer account under the guidance of the consultant, and then complete the corresponding payment in the bank. However, please note that wire transfers can take several business days to arrive, so payment needs to be arranged in advance.
