Our fully-equipped kitchens come with all the necessary cookware, cutlery, pots/pans, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, and more. Bedding, towels, pillows, mattresses, TVs, sofas, chairs, artwork, lamps, tables, and everything you need is included.

All units are non-smoking and pet-free. Lease terms can be customized to your desired length of stay. All utilities, including central heat/air, gas, electricity, streaming internet (Roku TV), high-speed Wi-Fi, water, trash, sewer, and coinless laundry facilities are included in the rent. Each tenant controls their own heating/cooling.

On-site garage parking is available for an additional $200/month, subject to availability. Therefore, the only additional cost, if needed, is the parking fee in addition to the rent.
